SmartWeb – Web Content Adaptation for Mobile Devices

چکیده
This paper introduces SmartWeb, a proxy-based content re-authoring system for HTML pages. The purpose of this process is to adapt the original content to the capabilities of the client device. To achieve this goal SmartWeb performs some structural analyses and applies some transformations accordingly. SmartWeb is a robust and easily extendable system for content adaptation. It uses many kinds of algorithms that can cooperate with and rely on each other.
